Managing Director Eddy G. Zapatero Frank was the first official in-country trade representative for the State of Georgia in Peru. He has personally represented the commercial and investment interests of over 10 US and international governments in Peru, worked directly with over 1,000 US companies, and negotiated face-to-face with presidents, ministers, generals and CEOs across North and Latin America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. He was recognized twice by the Government of Hong Kong for Exceptional Investment Promotion Services. As Co-Founder of a US defense technology startup, he personally secured an LOI with the Peruvian Armed Forces in under two weeks, with the full support of the US government. He holds an MBA from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
